| W. Kendall Brown is an expert in the estate planning, tax and business fields of law. He is a member of the American, Iowa and Arizona Bar Associations and has an AV rating. A frequent speaker, Mr. Brown has lectured before numerous groups and organizations about estate planning issues and techniques. He received his B.S. degree in Physics from California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, California, in 1965. He graduated with a J.D. degree in Law from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado, in 1968, receiving the Order of the Coif. |

Keith Brown is active in the gay communities in Colorado. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Boulder County AIDS Projects. He received his B.A. degree from Western State College, Gunnison, Colorado in 1974. He graduated with a MBA degree for the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa in 1976. |
